1. Service Overview

Pooper Duper offers dog waste removal from residential yards. Service frequency includes weekly, bi-weekly, and twice-weekly options. We work in all weather unless conditions are unsafe.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Access: You must provide clear and safe access to your yard on the scheduled service day. Locked gates, aggressive animals, or other obstructions may result in a missed visit.

• Pets: For everyone’s safety, we ask that aggressive or unsupervised dogs be kept indoors or safely restrained during service.

• Lawn Maintenance: We may not be able to provide full service if your yard is overgrown, contains excessive debris, or is not maintained.

3. Weather & Missed Services

We work through rain and snow, but if conditions are hazardous (e.g., ice storms, severe weather), we will reschedule or credit your account.

If we are unable to access the yard due to a locked gate, loose/aggressive dog, or other preventable reason, the visit will be charged as scheduled.

4. Billing & Payment

• Payment is pre-billed at the 1st of each month.

• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other digital payment methods.

• A late fee may be charged for invoices past due more than 7 days.

5. Cancellation Policy

• You may pause, cancel, or reschedule your service with at least 24 hours' notice.

• Same-day cancellations may be charged a service fee.

• No contracts are required, but consistent cancellations may affect scheduling priority.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you’re not happy with a service visit, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to fix the issue at no extra charge.

7. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Any personal information collected (name, address, payment info, etc.) is used strictly for scheduling, communication, and billing. We do not share or sell your information to third parties.

8. Service Refusal

Pooper Duper reserves the right to refuse or cancel service at any time due to unsafe conditions, mistreatment of staff, or other valid reasons. In such cases, unused portions of pre-paid services will be refunded.

9. Damage Disclaimer

We take care to avoid damaging property. However, we are not responsible for damage to lawns or landscaping caused by waste build-up, excessive dog traffic, or unmarked hazards (e.g., sprinkler heads, holes, etc.).

10.  Acceptance of Terms

       Once the service starts it is an automatic agreement to our terms and policy.
